These terms apply when you request translation, interpretation, attestation or office services from Dynamic Translation & Office Services.

Quotations

We provide a written quotation covering scope, format and turnaround before any work begins. A quotation is based on the documents and information you provide; if the material differs materially from what was supplied, we will tell you and re-quote rather than proceed on the wrong basis.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing legible source material and for telling us which authority will receive the finished document, because requirements differ between authorities. Where you do not tell us the destination, we prepare the translation to a general standard, which a specific authority may not accept.

Turnaround

Turnaround times stated in a quotation apply to work we control. Steps that depend on external authorities — attestation, embassy and ministry processing — are governed by the timelines of those authorities and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Accuracy and review

Translations are prepared by professional translators and reviewed before delivery. If you believe there is an error, tell us promptly and we will review the work.

Confidentiality

Documents are handled through controlled internal workflows and are accessible only to authorised staff working on your request.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quotation. Work begins once the quotation is accepted.

Cancellation

If you cancel after work has begun, we may charge for the work completed to that point.

Limitations

We are responsible for the quality of the translation and processing we carry out. We are not responsible for a decision taken by an authority receiving your document, nor for delays caused by that authority.
