Why the labels matter
Translation businesses frequently present any contact with an embassy or ministry as an "accreditation". We do not. Each entry carries one of three honest labels:
- Used in process — this authority is part of a document process we routinely handle, such as ministry or attestation processing.
- Requires verification — a relationship exists in our records but has not been re-verified, so we do not present it as an accreditation.
- Historical reference — work carried out in the past, recorded for completeness.
No entry is upgraded without documented evidence. If you need a specific accreditation confirmed for your own compliance purposes, ask us and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot evidence.
